The moment we first met the residents of HaTamar Street in Neve Monoson — when the project still felt like a distant dream.

A shared journey begins with a step

For a long period, Enav worked to approve the plan across institutions and committees. Dozens of professionals took part along the way, and of course the residents’ representatives, who were an inseparable part of the process and succeeded in engaging hundreds of families at every stage.

The moment we waited for — vacating the old apartments just before demolition

Project residents were invited to choose their new apartments and sign the final documents ahead of vacating their old homes.

Walking toward a better future

Ashstrom was selected to lead the demolition and construction phase of the new project. For several weeks we worked on demolishing the old buildings ahead of the start of Enav’s Monoson project.

Demolition phase — starting to build

Over several years and in four stages, together with Ashdar we built the future of Neve Monoson: about 6 towers for 600 families — some long-time residents and some new — forming the new human fabric of the community.

Moving into the new apartments — from dream to reality

The moment we waited for arrived! Residents moved into their new apartments after many years of anticipation and excitement. From a small idea to a huge dream fulfilled — 200 residents received larger apartments in new towers. Monoson project residents roughly tripled their property value and gained a new quality of life.
