Enav 360, Kfar Saba

When we first met

The journey of the Enav 360 project began with getting to know the residents of the compound — hundreds of families who had lived for years in train-style buildings and dreamed of a different quality of life.

Setting out on a shared path

After a prolonged process of dialogue, acquaintance, and trust-building, broad agreements were formed between the residents and the company, and a pinuy-binuy agreement was signed that enabled the project to move forward.

Planning the compound

The planning stage relied on a broad view — not only of the buildings themselves, but of the compound and the entire neighborhood. The goal was to create a renewed, high-quality urban environment.

Approval by the various committees

Advancing the plan involved intensive work with planning institutions and the various committees, in cooperation with professionals and authorities, until the required approvals were obtained.

Setting out: cornerstone-laying ceremony

Once approvals were received, the moment arrived to officially set out. The cornerstone-laying ceremony marked the transition from planning to execution and celebrated the shared path with the residents.

Construction begins

Construction began in Phase A of the project, which includes building the first two towers on vacant land, as part of a model that enables progress while residents remain in the area according to the project stages.

Meeting our new neighbors

As part of the project’s community approach, a dedicated event was held for long-time residents and new buyers. The event created connection, excitement, and a sense of a renewed shared neighborhood.

The towers rise

As the works progressed, the new towers began to take shape in the urban landscape. This stage made the change tangible — from plans and agreements to a real skyline.

Occupancy

The project is currently in advanced execution stages, and occupancy is expected in the coming months. Upon completion, residents will move into their new homes in a renewed compound.
