Case Study

Art Boulevard, Yehud-Monoson

When we first met

Art Boulevard, the flagship project of eastern Yehud-Monoson, was born from a deep familiarity with the area — a place of significant potential at the beginning of a renewal process. From the earliest stages it was clear this was an opportunity to create meaningful change: not only upgrading the physical space, but breathing new life into the urban fabric.

Setting out on a shared path

The project took shape as part of a broader urban renewal effort along Mohilever Street, and is the first of five stages Enav is advancing on this corridor. The process is carried out in cooperation with the local authority, planning bodies and the community, with the goal of creating a real breakthrough for the area — one that will affect not only the apartments themselves, but the public space and quality of life around them.

Approval by the various committees

The project was advanced before planning institutions and authorities, while adapting to the character of the city and the evolving needs of the area. The process was guided by a long-term view, understanding that this project is meant to serve as a lever for wider renewal in the surroundings.

Demolition event

After completing the planning process and receiving a demolition permit, we held a moving demolition event with the residents of the complex. For many of them it was an especially meaningful moment — parting from old homes, alongside anticipation and excitement ahead of the transition to new construction. The event marked the beginning of a new chapter for the entire community.

Construction begins

A main contractor has now been selected to execute the project, and we stand at the threshold of one of the most exciting periods in the process. Soon residents will be able to see their new apartments being built with their own eyes — foundations laid, walls and balconies rising, and the dream becoming reality.

Looking ahead

Art Boulevard is part of a wider urban renewal process in eastern Yehud-Monoson — a process aimed at bringing life, interest and quality to the urban space. The project is expected to reach occupancy at the beginning of 2029, bringing a real breakthrough to the area — a new public space connecting community, culture and quality of life.
