Herzl, Beer Yaakov

A major project in the heart of the town, near the new Beer Yaakov mall and close to schools and kindergartens. It will be built next to Beer Yaakov’s new Neighborhood 12; together the two areas will form one quality neighborhood with new public buildings for residents, including a new school, open parks, generous green spaces, cafés and more. The new neighborhood will include buildings from 9 to 25 floors, some with retail frontages — about 1,880 homes across roughly 25 buildings combining mid-rise fabric and towers.
