HaTmarim is one of Eilat’s most distinctive projects, with 10 towers and 420 homes, alongside mixed-use building components, retail, and shared public amenities for residents. The project will rise uphill from the sea along the renewing HaTmarim Boulevard, with elevated views over the hotel district and the water as a defining feature. It will combine mid-rise fabric and high-rise buildings, underground parking and open green spaces for residents. A commercial frontage will line HaTmarim Boulevard with cafés and diverse retail.
