The new complex that will reshape Jerusalem’s Ir Ganim neighborhood — a distinctive scheme combining luxury residences, a retail hub and a new public realm for community services. On about 8.5 dunams, two older buildings will be demolished and replaced by 450 new modern homes with panoramic views, alongside a 9-story building above a retail floor. The complex is set to become a vibrant community center with public spaces for culture, leisure and faith, plus daycares and kindergartens serving the area.
