Phase one will deliver two identical 28-story towers with 122 apartments each, set 45 meters apart for a quiet, spacious, uncompromising living experience. The apartments are spacious and carefully planned, with high-end specifications and a high, contemporary construction standard. The mix includes 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-room apartments with especially large balconies, as well as mini-penthouses and luxurious penthouses with rooftop pools. Enav 360 in Kfar Saba is built in phases and will ultimately total about 1,068 homes across 14 buildings rising from 9 to 28 floors.

Kika Braz Architects, together with Enav, planned the project with an emphasis on preserving the neighborhood character while introducing innovative urban architecture. Enav 360 features carefully designed towers that create an iconic presence on the local skyline. The plan preserves existing vegetation and the city’s landmarks while adding a linear park, connecting paths, pocket gardens, seating areas and more.
