A distinctive luxury project in the heart of Jerusalem on Paris Square, in one of the city’s most sought-after areas, near the light-rail station and within walking distance of the Mamilla shopping center and the Old City. The new 30-story tower will replace today’s “Beit Amir” (“Shufersal Agron”) building. The tower is being advanced by American architect Ian Bader, a partner at the international firm Pei Cobb Freed & Partners. The new tower will embed the planning principles and architectural vision of the historic structure that helped shape the city’s development.
