Enav believes in full transparency for shared success and, as an inseparable part of that, respects the privacy of its customers and users of this Site. We want to explain in simple, accessible language what rights you have regarding your privacy. Types of information collected

We collect information about you for the purpose of advancing urban-renewal projects.

Types of information collected on this Site: full name, email, phone, subject.

Types of information collected during urban-renewal project accompaniment: your contact details, ID number, financial information (bank account, credit details).

Disclosure to third parties

In the following cases information may be disclosed to third parties:

• Pursuant to a legal obligation;
• In the event of an unlawful act you perform on the Site;
• In the event of any legal dispute between you and the Company;
• In the framework of the Company’s suppliers and advisors, such as the website builder, cloud services, advertising and marketing companies, business consultants, IT personnel, appraisers, designers, etc.;
• In the framework of work with business partners to advance the Company’s project goals, such as contractors and development companies;
• When you enter external links that may appear on the Company’s Site. In such a case we recommend that you first read the privacy policy of those external links;

Where information is stored

Information stored about you is managed and held in various backup sources. Information may be stored on servers outside the country’s borders. Your agreement to this Privacy Policy also constitutes agreement to storing the information abroad and transferring it outside the State of Israel. Information is retained only for as long as required to fulfill and complete the project and, among other things, for the period described by law regarding protection and assertion of legal rights.

Your consent

You agree and confirm that you are under no legal obligation to provide the information, that the information is provided of your free will and with your full consent, and that the information is stored in the Company’s databases and/or those acting on its behalf and is used, among other things, for marketing and/or advertising and/or direct mail and/or direct-mail services by the Company and/or those acting on its behalf, all in accordance with and subject to any law including the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982, and sending messages via email and/or SMS and/or WhatsApp. You agree that Enav may contact you based on specific segmentation and your belonging to a group with certain characteristics or based on any other segmentation Enav deems appropriate. If you do not agree to provide information about you, please stop browsing this Site; please note that we cannot provide you with the service.

Information security

The Company does everything in its power to secure and protect personal information stored in the Company’s databases. The Company implements advanced protection systems; however, protection systems cannot guarantee full protection against unauthorized intrusion into the Company’s systems.

Right of access and correction

Under the Privacy Protection Law every person is entitled to request to review information collected about them. The request may be made by the person themselves, by their authorized representative in writing, or by their guardian. A person who reviewed the information and found that it requires correction or change may contact the database owner to correct or delete the information. The database owner may refuse this request, and the refusal may be appealed in the manner prescribed in the regulations. Use of the residents portal

We offer residents participating in our urban-renewal project access to a dedicated residents portal. Each resident may enter the app store on a smartphone and download the application (V-plans).

On each new login to the portal an SMS with a password will be received and must be entered to access the personal area. Access to the portal is secured via a personal password received anew by SMS on each login. This portal allows residents to stay updated on project progress from time to time. When registering for the portal, we collect necessary personal information such as name, address, and contact details. This information will be used solely to verify the resident’s identity, grant portal access, and update regarding project progress. We undertake to maintain the privacy of information displayed in the portal and not transfer it to third parties without the resident’s consent, except to third parties who operate the portal and also where required by law. We recommend that residents keep their access details confidential.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time; you are invited to visit the Site and check for changes, if any, at a frequency of your choosing.
