A luxury residential complex on La Guardia Street in Tel Aviv with four towers and 288 homes. Two towers rise to about 30 floors, with two additional 9-story buildings above a retail frontage. The four buildings are partly connected and will share amenities across the complex, including a semi-Olympic swimming pool, gym, co-working space, children’s club and a large shared lobby with 24/7 security. The apartment mix ranges from two-room homes to six-room residences, plus luxury penthouses. La Guardia Street will be renewed into a premium boulevard with shops, cafés, green spaces, bike paths and walking routes. The project was designed by architect Kika Braza, highly experienced in luxury residential towers, neighborhoods and residential complexes.
